A 15-part speaker series
A defined, fifteen-episode series spotlighting the vital enablers who step up under pressure — the ones often unseen behind every team, every operation, every win. Hard-earned wisdom, lessons, tools and stories that help teams rise and missions succeed. Hosted by Ashan Corea.
The series was built as a single body of work rather than an open-ended show. Each episode takes one attribute of the strong link and puts it to someone who has had to live it — composure, cohesion, grit, character, adaptive capacity. Conversations run long, most past the two-hour mark. The mission is stated plainly in the first episode — to enable those who enable others, so they can sustain themselves and keep showing up at their best for those who matter most.
The voices come from environments where pressure is the constant: the military, aviation and aerospace, academia, and expedition settings from ocean crossings to the tallest summits — alongside subject-matter experts from around the world. The through-line is execution under stress, and what it costs the people who carry it.
So we can keep showing up at our best for those who matter most.
