The Strong Link Model

Six Domains. Six Stages.

The six domains are what sustain performance under load. Each pairs with a stage of development. The Profile marks every one holding, mixed or under strain, and that shape is your operating picture.

How It Works · Observe, Deduce, Act

A Current-State Read, Not A Personality Test.

It does not ask what type of person you are. No personality traits, no type, no fixed profile. It asks what actually happened in the past four weeks, how often, and under what conditions — then works out what that means for what you are trying to sustain.

01 · Objective
What you are trying to sustain, over what timeframe, and what must not be sacrificed to do it.
02 · Observations
What happens and how often. The past seven days and the past four weeks stay separate, so one hard week does not redefine your capability.
03 · Deductions
At three checkpoints you see what your answers suggest and mark it accurate, partly accurate or not. Nothing is concluded without you.
04 · Actions
Stabilize the threat. Safeguard the bandwidth. Then develop. One action to start, with a way to judge whether it worked.
What You Get

A Decision Brief. No Score, No Ranking.

01
The whole decision on one page. Your objective, what is carrying you, the one thing to address first.
02
Your six domains, and what they cost. Where you sit, and how much is being paid for out of reserve.
03
Observations, with the evidence. Each one traceable to the answers behind it.
04
Actions, in sequence. Each threat paired with what to do, who can act, and how to judge it.

Read it the moment you finish. A PDF copy is emailed to you, so the plan still exists in two weeks when the week has filled up again.
